What You Want to Know Before Buying a Home

Some things about the homebuying experience aren't talked about as much. Thankfully, the internet exists! Homebuyers (from first-time buyers to seasoned buyers) are much more open to sharing their experiences now. The good, the bad, and the ugly are let loose for you to learn from. Tips, tricks, and advice are always great to have when you're making a big investment like this. You want to try to minimize the stress, surprise costs down the road, and the headache of navigating it all by yourself. Here are the top things that you will want to know before buying your home!

2022 Housing Market Predictions

Throughout the pandemic, the housing market took a hit. It's been a whirlwind. In 2021, we continued to see a crazy market here in the real estate world. We've seen a change in what people are looking for, what areas are becoming more and more popular, and not to forget the pricing. With incredibly low mortgage rates, it comes as no surprise that people were jumping to buy a home. Achieve Maximum Coziness

Cold weather always inspires being cozy and hibernating away until the weather becomes warmer. If you choose to hibernate during your time off, why not make it extra comfy and cozy? It's tempting to crawl under the covers and binge watch your favorite shows on Netflix or your preferred streaming service (anyone else been watching Yellowstone recently?) but there are ways to shake things up a bit!

1. Set the Mood
Candles and lighting make a major difference in the mood of your home. If you use candles, choose seasonal scents to really tap into the holiday season and be filled with warmth. Or you can go the route of floral and tropical scents if you prefer to imagine yourself in those warm temperatures again. You'd be surprised how much the scent can help your mood! Just make sure to keep the candles away from anything flammable, and don't leave them unattended.

2. Get to Baking
Comfort food is basically a necessity to comfy days. Nothing is better than curling up wit! ...
